January, 1942 and there is no cold like the Russian winter. The Greater Reich has expanded its borders eastwards far into Russia’s central steppes and northern forests.

During the next great tank drive in the spring, the Wehrmacht aims to push the Russian lines back to Moscow.

The Germans send a Bucher spotting plane along the front line to assess the Russians strength and photograph there positions, but the Russians shoot it down.

The race is on to capture the Top Secret plans it has in its cargo hold, the Germans from the West, Russians from the East.
